100% Natural Lip Balms From Raw Skincare

I never expect much from a lip balm, especially these generically packaged ones but I was really pleasantly surprised by these. The two flavoured varieties are fairly basic, chapstick quality but the mint is so delicious I would still recommend it.. it’s lived in my bag since I got it. The gem of this line is the Rescue Me which will be great as it gets (even) colder and dry, chapped lips are unavoidable. Rescue Me is a thicker balm and generally feels more nourishing.. whether it is of course it hard to tell until I really need it so if this pops up in a Winter post at some point you’ll know it’s a good one. Vaseline is one of those products that feels great initially but is actually more of a protectant than a healer, it creates a barrier but I find that over time it dries my lips even more so I’m hoping this is not going to be the same but like I say.. watch this space..

Carmex is my favourite! I’ve tried heaps of different brands (textures, colours, flavours). It’s like a less intense Blistex. I prefer it it a lot of the organic and high end things I have too (like Jurlique Love Balm and philosophy).

That ‘rescue me’ one looks great, I’m gonna have to try it out! Burt’s Bees has got to be my all time favourite, I did a post on my top 5 last week 🙂

My favourite lip balm at the moment is Maybelline’s Baby Lips – I love the subtle hint of colour & the fantastic moisturisation they give! 🙂 For an intense overnight jobby I use Blistex Intensive Repair Cream xx

You need to try the new palmers cocoa butter lip balm….I have honestly never used a lip balm as good as it. And picked it up from savers for £1 so was an absolute bargain x
