#30in30 – Natural Collection Raspberry

So once again starting on a totally unrelated lipstick note – my hair! I mentioned yesterday that I’d had it cut, well here it is. I’ve actually really enjoyed this little 30 day series because (although I only took advantage during the second half) I can check in with you guys on all manner of topics before I get in to the point of the post, it’s kind of the idea I had with my daily diary posts but condensed within something actually relevant to this blog. But anyway…

This is a lipstick that I picked up PURELY to review, I wanted to see what the Natural Collection was like, hadn’t tried much fro the brand and you guys were pushing me to try some of the uber cheap products that were available to I picked this up and was shocked to actually really like it. It’s lovely but I just wasn’t expecting it to be so creamy and feel so nice on the lips because lets face it a lot of the time you really do get what you pay for but in this case I’m very happy I was pushed to purchase. More surprisingly I haven’t gone back for more but I think the reason is probably the shade range. The colours are not particularly adventurous, I’d imagine this is because of the natural name but I’d like to see a limited edition ‘fun colours’ collection from them, I think it would go down a storm!

I can’t vouch for any of the other colours from the range but this I would definitely recommend you give a go. I’ve just realised the last 3 lipsticks I’ve shown you have all been berry tones (must be wishful thinking for colder weather) but I promise tomorrow will be a Barbie pink like you’ve never seen – and you’ll get a sneak peek at my Barbie makeup too!

Available from Boots Stores Nationwide for £1.99

Yesterday I took all my darker lipsticks and put them in a make up bag on my desk so they’d be near at hand. I have more than I thought I had and I want to get through all of them 🙂

I have this and love it. I also have the colour crimson which is a gorgeous red. Definitely a bargain for £1.99. I also use their light eye shadows for a base colour.
