4 Looks / 1 Palette – Makeup Revolution #Selfie

IMG_2305I really enjoyed the last palette I did this with so I decided to repeat the exercise and start a series of sorts. I’ve already had plenty of requests on the video (here) for other brands viewers want to see but feel free to leave yours below too.. if I already have it I’ll add it to my list.. although if I DON’T already have it it’s fair to say I’ll probably convince myself I NEED it anyway 😉

IMG_2304This week I used the more compact #Selfie palette from Makeup Revolution. I have been so impressed with their shadows lately and this was no exception, really quite something and definitely one I’d recommend you picking up. I do wish there was at least one pale matte shade as an alternative brow bone highlight or (in my case) as a transitional colour to blend but otherwise I didn’t feel there was anything missing from this selection.

IMG_2120IMG_2169IMG_2174IMG_2312I decided to stick with just 4 looks for this one, mainly because it was the palette I took on out recently trip around the UK and we were only away for 4 days.. it was a travel edition if you will. That being said I could definitely do more and there have been requests for bolder, more evening appropriate looks so I will work on that next.

If you want to see what I used on my eyes each day (and the rest of my face for that matter) you can watch the video below and see the bizarre places I had to film in each day while we were away from home!

Next time I’ll do a more comprehensive post on each day (and eye close ups etc – they all pretty much look the same on my slightly hooded eyes unless I do my surprised squint) but this was more of a casual format

This looks great – I especially like the colour of the shadow in the first picture – it really sets off your hair and skin tone 🙂

Love the looks, i’ve just bought the Angel palette, such a range of colours but not sure what to do with them all! so any looks with this would be good 🙂 x

I love this palette, it’s an absolutely perfect travel/handbag palette. They really are worth every penny. My sister used one of the shades for her bridesmaid makeup on my wedding day too 🙂

    These looks are beautiful
