Beauty By Aldi

Are we calling skin care beauty? Well I would anyway! After all.. if you’re skin isn’t beautiful the whole prettifying process is all the more gruelling, no? I received some bits and bobs from the Lacura range available at Aldi, to review for you all and I thought I’d share what they are before I get in to individual write ups. At first glance I’m very excited about trying the face wash… any creamy face wash I look at with a totally fresh perspective since I got my Clarisonic… and the Caffeine eye roll on. Who doesn’t want a little perk me up in that area? Exactly! I’m always a bit nervous about trying new face creams since my skin is break out central right now but as this is a day cream I’m more inclined. I don’t generally moisturise in the morning *gasp* – I know! I should but my current skincare regime is evening only so this might just encourage a daytime habit… we’ll see.

That’s all for now.. you can expext reviews soon but in the meantime, have any of you tried any Aldi beauty products?

I tried the day and night cream, someone recommend it but it broke me out bad. I think it was a little too rich for my sensitive skin. I’ll be sticking to my First Aid Beauty face cream from now out, works brilliantly and doesn’t irritate my face. Can’t wait to see your review on these though! x

I’ve tried the face wipes and they were pretty good, some wipes can feel to dry but these ones weren’t

I can’t wait for these reviews! I’ve not been into Aldi for years but there’s one in the centre of Frankfurt so I should go see if they have the same products.

I’ve been tempted to try some of these as I normally shop in Aldi due to a student budget! I’d love to know how effective the caffeine eye roll on is and I’ve also heard some good reviews about their fake tan for the face x

Love the Face Wipes…..lovely texture, not harsh, they don’t tear easily and leaps and bounds ahead of their Lidl counterparts. They are only €0.89 here in Ireland….would never go back to spending big bucks on facewipes after using these!
