I finally got to try out the pop art makeup I’ve wanted to have a go at forever, I filmed my get ready with me and took some outfit pictures to share with you guys but the tutorial I followed was this one.
*What I Used*
For the dots and the white accent on my lip I used the NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk / I used to felt tip liners from L’Oreal for the brows and marks on my face – Super Liner Perfect Slim & Black Buster / For my lips I used a Red from Miners which I do not know the name of because all the lids have got mixed up 🙁 but I would suggest you use a matte lip colour because the cream finish caused me smudging problems.
*What I Wore*
My whole outfit (bar the shoes) was from Primark and everything was bought last week so should still be in store now. The cardigan is not something I would have usually chosen however I can see me wearing it again now I have it. The disco skirt will almost certainly be relegated to the dressing up box however. I think we can all agree the tights are amazing and although I can’t see a reason to wear them again soon I will have to find one because they’re just so cool. The shoes are actually my wedding shoes from Kurt Geiger which have always looked a bit cartoony to my so although they totally clashed with the rest of my outfit (pink and red) I had to wear them.
Before I leave you with my video I had to share a picture of Lee’s face paint which I didn’t capture before he started touching his face but I still think looked pretty good.
