Crazy For Coral
I have really embraced the bright lips again lately, when the warmer (occasionally) weather rolls in I tend to lean on bold lips so I can keep the rest of my makeup simple. I have no desire to sit and apply a full face of slap when it's just going to melt off when I sit in the garden and watch The Vampire Diaries on my laptop work in the garden in the afternoon. A bright lipstick totally makes me feel put together when I've made zero effort with any other element of my appearance and these are four of my current favourites.

I know I suck for including a discontinued shade but that's life, kids. I like what I like and if it ever comes back I'd recommend you jump on it. My latest addition, NARS Audacious is what revived my love of coral, deeper than the others and a little more versatile and flattering on me but I still can't quit that pastel Paris Pink from Smashbox. I'm still searching for the ultimate coral liner, I have a feeling I'll end up ordering from MAC as I just haven't found anything close in Boots/Superdrug but if you have any suggestions that would be AWESOME!
One last thing, I'd like to thank everyone for your lovely messages of support since my relaunch on Monday, I wasn't sure what reaction it would meet as I AM missbudgetbeauty to some of you but as I said to another blogger when we discussed it earlier today, it's like learning to play an instrument but only learning one song. I might have loved that song 6 years ago but I've grown up, my tastes have changed and it's starting to drive me a bit nuts. I just needed a new song.
