Dare To Bare – The Crop

IMG_5475IMG_5482IMG_5474

I love the crop trend but my tummy isn’t tiny and I haven’t dared to try it until today. I think what would work better for my shape would be super high waisted jeans and a snug fitting crop with long sleeves, something that would highlight my narrowest point (my waist) but for now I have a couple of baggier options to experiment with. I’ve actually worn this sweater a lot but always wear a vest underneath and I must admit I think with regular fit jeans like this I still would as although it looks okay standing as soon as I bend or sit I’m super self conscious about my tummy.. mmm.. this trend may not be for me after all

Ooh I’ve just done a post about crop tops. I love them with high waisted jeans as I think that can suit a big variety of body shapes!
I love the laid back look you’ve gone for here. So cute 🙂

You look great! I think everyone looks bigger when sitting down in crop tops so I wouldn’t worry about it 🙂 xxx

You look lovely! The crop trend isn’t just for the stick thin model types. I’ve yet to dare try it as I’m just as self conscious, but got to try them before we can disregard them, right?

I totally get it, I myself would like to branch out into the crop top trend but I’m to self-conscious to bare my tummy. But I think you look wonderful non the less. c:
