I wore this polish for most of last week on my fingers and toes and I absolutely love the colour! I love it a little bit more ’cause I picked it up for just £2.99 in Xtra’s.. amazing discount! It reminds me a lot of Jellybean by Ciate They are both super bright pinks with a pearl finish but Tour De Finance is more iridescent/blue toned where Jelly Bean is warmer and more golden. I don’t think you need to have both though so y’know just FYI if you already have one you’re probably good!
This is one of my first polishes from the reformulated diffusion range Essie launched in Superdrug/Boots stores earlier this year and I have to say the larger brush and thicker consistency make quick work of a manicure and I challenge anyone not to find a colour they like in their huge selection. I think you need to try at least one of their new polishes.. I’m officially converted!
It lasted pretty well on both fingers and toes and the sheeny blue does translate on the nails so it’s just a bit more interesting that your average fuchsia. I do think I prefer the Ciate purely because the warmer tone suits my pale skin a little better but this is still one my favourite polish purchases.
I’m very pleased to say it’s still available at Xtra’s online here for just £2.99 but if you want it hurry, the last time I blogged about their Essie bargains they sold out so I don’t think they have a great deal of stock at any one time!
