*Face Mask Friday* Feel Good Formulas

First of all I think it’s important to note that I’m not wearing a full face of makeup here.. it may appear that way but I just didn’t remove my eye makeup and my lips were stained by the amazing Kelly Yum Yum lipstick I’d just taken photos of. I’ve had this mask for a while but I lost the original review photos and in truth my initial feelings were a bit blah so I saw it as a sign I should use it a little longer before letting you know it was a dud. Unfortunately since then I’ve tried it multiple times and I just don’t see that it does anything at all.

A mud mask with usually help with oil control at very least.. the day after using one I will find that I am a little more matte but not only did I not find that but it didn’t help reduce any of the blemishes I had or bring any festering ones to the surface, it just didn’t. do. anything. A mask with exfoliation leaves my skin smoother purely because it’s basically a scrub so even if it doesn’t NOTHING else it FEELS like it’s made a difference and hydrating/brightening masks generally leave my skin feeling softer but I’m afraid there were no redeeming qualities here. It smells okay and the packaging is nice but that’s not really what you’re looking for in a treatment, is it?

This sounds like such a disappointing product, I love face masks but certainly won’t be trying this one now – what is the point if it doesn’t do anything?!

This looks very pretty in the jar, but such a shame it didn’t do anything. Definitely one I will avoid.
