*Face Mask Friday* – Little Muddies From Raw Skincare

IMG_7910

This is a bit of a different face mask on a Friday, it’s a POWDER! You mix in a tablespoon of water which creates a more mask-like paste which you apply to your face, leave for ten minutes and wash away to reveal thoroughly cleansed skin.. in theory.

I liked the whole mixing thing, made it a little different from every other mask and a little more like  treatment I guess but as far as results.. there weren’t really any. I don’t expect something like this to work miracles but I like to see some difference in my skin and I didn’t really see any improvement at all in appearance or feel. That’s not to say of course that my skin wasn’t cleansed deep down where I wouldn’t necessarily notice but I didn’t experience the ‘purge’ phase you usually do after using a deep cleanser, there were no breakouts brought to the surface so I’m just not sure what to make of it. Maybe my skin was just too clear (sense the sarcasm) for this to do anything but it was a bit meh for me.

Have you tried anything from RAW skincare? I have a few other bits which *spoiler* I’m actually really enjoying but you’ll have to wait for those reviews. Any recommendation for anything else to try however are very welcome.

Miss BB

I love the formula of this, how nice to have something a little different! Disappointing results though. I wonder how much it is and whether it’s worth trying for the novelty use though!

This is such a shame! I followed RAW Skincare from when they first started, and their Little Muddies were something I really wanted to try! I might still give them a go, but might try their skin serum first!

Aww that sounds such a shame. Great concept though and I’m defo going to be looking into that brand as it sounds quite interesting. Thanks for sharing.
