Today’s guest post is from Allie at Yougottabegorgeousx…
Hello, today I thought I would tell you how I get a flawless face on a budget. Whenever I try and look for a flawless foundation routine they always include products from MAC and Chanel… And, really, I just can’t afford these products. So I went to the drugstore and I think I have found all the things you need to get a flawless face with a budget.
Ok so for the foundation I love to use Revlon Colourstay (£12.49), this has been raved about so so so much but it is amazing. I love how you can get it for either dry or oily skin and the colour range is quite good. I have it in ivory and it is a perfect match, it also lasts all day. My favourite concealer at the moment is the L’Oreal True Match Touche Magique Concealer (£8.19), this stuff has the best coverage I have ever seen from a concealer. The colour match is great, as to be expected and it doesn’t last as long of the foundation but it does have some good staying power. I love the Soap and Glory Cheekmate Cheek and Lip Stain (£8.00) for a bit of colour. This stuff looks perfect on the skin. It gives a really good amount of colour, you can sheer it out or build it up and it doesn’t go cakey like if you were using a powder. For eyes I use a little of the L’Oreal Concealer to even out the lid the I go in the the MUA Undress Me Too palette (£4). I love this palette, most of the colours are really highly pigmented and they have some really good matte colours. To define the eye I have been using the Rimmel Scandel Eyes Kohl Liner (£3.99) in Taupe. This gives really nice definition but isn’t too harsh. And finally for mascara I love love love Maxfactor 2000 Calorie Curved Brush Mascara (£7.99). This stuff is amazing! That is all I need to say.
So that is my flawless, lasting make up on a budget. All of the products are really well priced and are worth the money 100%. Any questions feel free you tweet me (@yougottabgorgex) or email me (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Thank you. Love Allie x x
