I Herby Declare Christmas.. OPEN!

As MakeupSavvy predicted this morning today not only marks 1st November but also the start of my festive posts. There will be gift guides, giveaways, home decor posts and much much more as this is very much my favourite time of year. I can take or leave the spring or Summer, it’s always a bit of a let down but the one season that never disappoints is Winter, it is cold and you will need a coat.. it also brings Christmas. In fairness I probably like Autumn a touch more as I am very much in to the anticipation of Christmas as opposed to the day itself and the whole Autumn season is one bit festive foreplay, wouldn’t you agree? We all know it’s coming, month by month people remark that it’s closer than you think and now it really is! I always have my tree up early (before the 1st) but given that we now have a (not so) new (not so) little bundle in the house who’s 1st birthday is 15th November I’m taking that as a sign that Christmas should start the next day. So in the meantime I now declare Christmas here on my blog officially open. You can look out for my cartoon self (in the banner) getting in to the spirit soon as well.

Merry Pre-Christmas 2012
