iWhite

IMG_7064I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and only used it once, I got the PR email and was desperate to try it.. anything that claims to whiten teeth at home I am ALL OVER but this isn’t the most pleasant experience so I’ve not persevered. I will complete the course and share my results with you but I just wanted to let you guy know I was trialling it. I’m not sure it did much after just one use but there are 10 pre-filled trays in the box (5 for top, 5 for bottom but they’re all identical for you could use them all on top/bottom if you wished) so you’re obviously supposed to do the full set before you decide if it’s ‘worked’. The issue I had is the saliva (totally TMI and I apologise) that built up in my mouth during the developing time was just gross, I had to spit twice and could taste the lightening cream.. is this all just too disgusting to be blogging about? Probably but we’re keeping it real down here at MissBudgetBeauty.. no airs or graces here.. it’s just gross. If any of you have any tips of how I should be doing this/holding them in my mouth to make it more comfortable I’d love to hear them but like I say I will finish the box and give you my verdict in a week or so.. it’s a really cool product so I really want it to work.. fingers crossed!

iWhite available online here for £19.96

Would love to know if this works, and if you experience any sensitivity 🙂 We all love a bit of TMI, I certainly appreciate the honesty 🙂 Hope they work!

I want to try a home whitening treatment but not sure which?! If this works and if you find a way to control the dribbling situation then i’ll add it to my wish list x

I use this kit and love it! It works wonders for me but funnily enough doesnt have the same effect on my friends teeth!

It is natural to produce excessive saliva when a foreign object is in the mouth, it’s a process to cleanse. I had similar symptoms when I first started using my custom made teeth whitening trays, but it goes away after a while. (I also use the trays at night while asleep). I would suggest that you wear an empty tray around the house for a little bit every day until the excess salivation reduces/stops. 🙂

I’ve been using these too and really wasn’t overly impressed with them, I found the they made my jaw hurt as I think they were too big for my mouth- did you get that? I also found that the gel doesn’t cover the whole of the gum shield so only half of my teeth were being covered. Did you smear the gel around the shield before using them?

    xx
