Just Do It!

As you can see from this fabulously flattering get up I have returned to exercise. I haven’t set foot in an actual gym for years but since there’s one at my office and I have an hour for lunch that I usually take at my desk it seemed like a better use of the time. You may have guessed that I enlisted a friend (the photogapher of above picture) to come with me.. This in theory will motivate me to go on days I really can’t be arsed. Today was the first and we spent most of our session in fits of giggles on the treadmill but I feel like it’s something I could actually stick, it’s fun and doesn’t impact my non-work time in the least. I really have no excuse not to go so expect lots of attractive gym poseson my instagram feed very soon!

How many of you have embraced a post summer workout? I know it’s the opposite of the trend to start your year fresh but I’m finally ready to lose my baby bulge and fit into my old jeans!

    err, what baby bulge?? I cant see one, nada, zilch, you look great!, but yes since the kiddos went back to school I have gone back to the gym, just as well as I have gained a dress size and need to loose a stone, Im aiming to get back to 8 and a half stone xx

      whatever!! lol.. it’s there trust me but the guy at the gym told me because I retain weight pretty much just around my middle it can be a lot to do with birth control so that’s next on my list to look at
