I’ve had the concealer for a few months now, usually something cosmetic I feel I can review straight away as I’m not waiting for a promised result, it should just do what it does instantly.. with this it was a little tougher. I initially used it in a Get Ready With Me video and remarked at the thin, oily texture which was totally unexpected. A full coverage product is usually thick and creamy but this was bizarre.. many people suggested I may have a dud, some said they experienced the same texture and others said I might just need to shake it up a bit. I think the latter was probably correct as if I knead the tube a bit before use it thickens up a little.. just a little mind.
If I’d reviewed this concealer straight away I’d have said ‘don’t bother, I’m binning it’ but I’ve tried it a few times since then and I really don’t know. It’s nowhere near full coverage so if you were thinking you could actually cover TATTOOS with it you’d be mightily disappointed but I think it does have it’s place in my make up stash. I used it below alone with now foundation, I put a little under my eyes, around my nose and on my chin and although it doesn’t do MUCH it’s just enough to take the edge off my makeup free face. I wouldn’t buy it again as a concealer but as almost a travel friendly sized foundation.. I might. I will keep you posted if I discover a love for this but for now it’s a bit of a miss.. oh and whereas a lot of reviews I’ve read describe it as weightless I could definitely feel it.. it’s that odd greasy (probably silicone) quality that doesn’t sit well with me.
