Lash Flash

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

I've been on a bit of a spree recently and everything in this post is NEW.. unheard of. Part of the reason I don't do many 'style' posts is because most of what I post is no longer available and I know it can be irritating to find something online that you love and not be able to get your hands on it. You know, that and the fact what I wear isn't usually very interesting

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAWhat I'm Wearing / Jumper - Zara (SALE) / Leather Jacket - Topshop / Jeans - Topshop Joni Holding Power / Boots - H&M / Bag - MBMJ Lil Ukita / Lipstick - Freedom Pro Melt in Jammy Dodger

It all started with the jacket, you may have seen my post on the pink suede one, well I exchanged that for this one (way more 'me') and put the remainder towards a pair of the new super hold Joni Jeans. I'm not totally sold on the Jonis.. they do suck you in a little better than the regular ones but the material is much stiffer and quite uncomfortable.. something about the zip is more irritating too.. plus they fade just as fast as the originals.. I'm not sure they're worth the extra money yet but a few more washes should tell me. The boots are an absolute must if like me you live in them year round. They're from H&M and I have a tan pair I bought a couple of years ago that still look great so when I saw the identical style in black I had to have them. Real suede too. The sweater is from Zara.. I'm not big on cropped tops but I like this one.. it's not TOO short and I think with the slightly cropped jacket and the high waited jeans it looks good. Lastly my bag is one that doesn't get as much love as it should, it's such a great shape and size for daily use.. I think if the hardware was silver it would spend a lot less time on my shelf!

If you're interested I filmed a vlog-style outfits video last week (including this one) so you can see a little of what I wear and let me know whether you might be interested in seeing more outfit posts from me!

I can't end todays post without a big thanks for Thom from ManFace for getting my site back online yesterday after weeks of struggling with a relentless hacker. I'm certain I could not have done it without him and if any of you are looking to hire help for your own sites I would highly recommend you get in touch with him!
