Let’s Chat!

lulu_pink_reg_sofa_angleSo, I’m thinking of starting a new series on my vlog channel. As you may or may not know I do daily ‘follow me around’ style vlogs every other month on Meet The McCools but on my ‘off months’ I don’t do much. Well now I’m going to be home more I thought I might try to fill those gaps with something a little different. I used to make videos that I called ‘Khila Talk’ which I really enjoyed but when I went back to work I didn’t have quite as much time and they fizzled out as quickly as they began. I thought about maybe bringing them back and I still might as they have been requested but in addition I’m considering more of a chat format with at least one other person, we could talk about our thoughts on a particular subject or answer questions posed by viewers.. even give advice. Although I’m far from old I’m not the youngest chicken in the YouTube coop and there may be things I can help younger viewers with.. you never know! So this is just a bit of a ‘whaddayathink?’ post I guess, so.. whaddayathink? If you have any ideas for topics or any questions we could answer fire away ’cause my best friend is coming to visit tomorrow so I may just get her in front of the camera – she hates it but I’m determined to get her on YouTube haha.

What about blog tv? Does that even still exist? Well whatever the version is of it now.. maybe that would work.. hmmm.. just thinking aloud

Relationship advice. My boyfriend of 2 years told me he wants me out of his life last week. Because we fought about moving in a few months ago and not been able to resolve the frustration. Now im lost and hurt, dont know what to do to prove to him we can be happy again 🙁

You could talk about the stages in between being a teenager and ‘proper’ adulthood, like moving out of your family home and in with your boyfriend/husband/friend/s?and any advice you have to gove on the topic?

I’d love to hear about how you manage to run your blog and YouTube so efficiently and how you find time and organize time to have daily blog posts and frequent YouTube videos. I find it a struggle sometimes but am trying to be better! xx

I think a lot of young people are going to gravitate toward your channel because you are budget related, so maybe a few issues which youngish people have to deal with maybe draw on your own experiences?

I would love to have a ‘chat’ with you too, but I do live like a million miles down south but if you ever fancy a skype/google talk thingy I wouldn’t mind. I’m an old un with lots (well a bit) of life experience and I see a lot of me in you, even down to having a ‘cuddle pillow’ in bed since the baby has been born. Mine’s nine now!!!!
Anyway I won’t bore you any more but I’m here if you need me even if you’d just like to bounce ideas.

I love that idea as I came across your old vlogs of khila talks and loved it and I hope you start doing videos like that again because I really enjoyed it and we got to see a different side to you 🙂

I think this will be a great idea! I really hope that you do actually do it and I will watch out for videos tomorrow 🙂 And you could discuss how difficult it is for young and older people to get a job now!
