MAC See Me, Hear Me

IMG_2059I can’t lie.. this post is so overdue because I could bring myself to actually use this product. It’s just. so. beautiful. Even now I use it with the lightest hand and the softest brush which likely explains the non blush look I have going on the picture below.. I’m sure it looked bolder in real life but you’ll just have to trust me that no matter how subtle it might appear.. I am indeed wearing something (THIS) on my cheeks. It’s a natural colour, a pretty flush at most however it’s not the colour that we want to talk about.. it’s the FINISH.

IMG_2058IMG_2926Again it’s something that’s irritatingly difficult to capture but the sheen this leaves is just gorgeous. I’m so in to baked blushes recently and totally addicted to that sheen and this is the least glittery of the lot. To look at it in the pan it’s almost metallic.. I mean it looks like a cream, does it not? Imagine how fine that is (I say imagine because it’s seemingly invisible here.. I promise to update with better swatches soon) when applied… FOINE! It’s a great neutral colour, a rosy tint that will work so well with the deep plum lips I plan to wear for the foreseeable future and enough glow that I wont need an extra highlight. I don’t want to make a huge song and dance about a product that was limited edition however you NEED to know that next time MAC launch Extra Dimension blushes you ‘re going to need at least one.

Just a heads up.. and a terrible review

The design of this is just too pretty! I imagine this would be great to use to give a little colour when you’re focussing on eyes/lips. Some blushes really do come too pigmented, so it’s nice to have one you can use for a barely-there look.

This blush gives such a natural flush with a ‘barely there’ look. The packaging is stunning; I’d be hesitant to use it too 🙂

I still can’t get over how beautiful the packaging is on this collection! It’s gorgeous!

And this does look like such a gorgeous colour – I love something with a hint of sheen, so thank you for the heads up! 😉

I bought this blush as soon as I saw it in store, but then it took mee weeks to actually use it. (So I totally get why it took you so long 😉 ) Just because it looks so beautiful, but I’m glad I did use it. It’s really nice!

    Hey there!

I’ve heard so much about the highlighter : Whisper of guilt , as I heard that it was applied so smoothly like butter! Is this similar in texture?
