Miners Fresh Faced Concealer

I haven’t posted about any of Miners launches in a while because honestly I’ve not been all that impressed by them. The foundation from this Fresh Faced range did absolutely NOTHING at all, the coverage disappeared completely while I was blending the product in to my skin but I still felt like I was wearing foundation.. fail for me I’m afraid. When I received the concealer I wasn’t super excited given my experience with the base but this isn’t actually too bad. It’s still not something that I’d necessarily recommend over other comparably priced products but I felt it was worth talking about.

It gives the coverage I expected the foundation to, sheer and doesn’t feel too heavy on the skin. I wouldn’t use this day to day as I definitely need something more substantial to tackle my dark circles however on the days where I don’t want to wear much makeup but I want to look a little less like I may fall in to a coma at any moment I might pop a little of this on to brighten things up a smidge. If you’re in to your ‘no makeup makeup’ and have little to conceal you may like this but honestly there are so many other similarly priced products that are easier to get hold of and do a better job.

Thanks for your insight, I have never used Miners and it would seem there is no reason to do so

I wouldn’t say that, I love their lip products and blushes however the bases are a miss for me

Thanks for that. The next time I come across I might just give them a try then!

For budget concealers I love Seventeen and Collection – they both do a great concealer with excellent coverage.
