I picked this up at the Clothes Show last week, the deal was I think buy 3 and get a goodie bag which was actually pretty good and you’ll see in a video soon but that’s by the by.. I bough this one as part of the 3. I liked the look of it in the bottle, it looked different, I like the duo chrome trend and I thought it might be a little like Bad Fairy from MAC which I love so I gave it a go. I hate it. Now this is totally down to personal preference, the formula and finish and totally fine, great even I just hate the colour. It’s different in different lights but overall you get a dated ‘Grandma’ kind of shade that is not at all flattering on my skin tone. I think someone will darker skin could really make this work but it’s just not for me at all!
I have some other (nicer) colours to show you so you can expect more nail posts in the New Year (like A LOT) but Hayley’s Comet (or Hayley’s Vomit as I’ve affectionately renamed it) was a bit of a let down. Would be really interested to know if you have this and what you think of it. Different strokes and all that.

Try layering it over a dark shade – navy blue, black, purple or dark red. I promise it will transform it! saying that I have this untried in my stash so maybe I should take my own advice…

It looks better over black here – http://i1054.photobucket.com/albums/s482/aysh319/HayleysComet2.jpg
Its a colour I’ve avoided as it does look a bit Nan for me.
Have to admit, I agree with you! I had a Dior one in a similar block colour and it just looked awful against my milky mitts. Weird to think there are polishes that don’t suit, but I guess it’s just make up for your hands lol
haha, is it weird that I actually like it?
I have this and I really don’t like it at all either. The colour isn’t at all what I expected it to be. Bit of a let down as models own nail polishes are lovely.
Absolutely love this colour! I like how it’s not too ‘in your face’ but its; colourful, shimmery and festive x

However, there is a slight green tinge to it
