I was convinced I’d already reviewed this but there it was sitting in my drafts. This happens to me all the time but I’ve vowed to be more organised. I’m actually writing this post on Monday night (not in the future you understand, last Monday) as I have all of this weeks posts in a bid to getting a bit more regular again. When I returned to work it did all get away from me a bit but I’m well and truly back on track, don’t you worry. Anyway.. back to the review.
I’d never tried a Natural Collection (why did I want to write Collection 2000?) lipstick and some weeks ago when I asked on Twitter which brands you’d like me to feature more it was head and shoulders above the rest in the request pile. I bought a fe other bits and pieces which were all a bit blah, I’ll probably get around to reviewing those at some point but for the most part it doesn’t make it on to my blog unless I love it or I hate it, the meh products are relegated to a draw never to be spoken about again. How sad. This is on the love end of the spectrum, I’m so impressed with the quality of an extremely affordable (£1.99) lip product. It’s moisturising, applies beautifully and lasts pretty well as lipsticks go. the shade is more Spring/Summer than Autumn/Winter but I’m usually a neutral/gloss lover during the ‘warmer’ months and when the bitter winds approach I reach for my daytime brights of which this is my current favourite. It’s a very wearable pop of pink I’d liken a little to my beloved MAC Speak Louder but a touch warmer toned.
Overall I love this for the price, the product, everything. Well.. not everything, the packaging sucks but if it was fancy pants it would be more expensive, when you’re on a super strict budget you can’t be picky with packaging. It’s the product inside that’s important and I can’t recommend this enough, I will absolutely be expanding on my Natural Collection.. collection.
Available in Boots stores nationwide for £1.99

I use natural collection lipsticks all the time, they do last really well and the colour is really good too. Definitely agree that the rest of their stuff is not so good though x

so good for the money!
I love the colour, It looks like the Rimmel Kate Matte Lipstick I just bought In 107, like a berry red, I would say very much a Fall colour lipstick and such a bargain, I’ve got a few Natural Collection lipsticks so I’ll defin buy this one too 😀

You absolutely can’t beat Natural Collection’s blushes! You must try them! AND they’re only 2 quid!

I have one and it is quite nice but I’d like to try more
Oh I really like this. But even though it’s only £1.99 I don’t think I need any more autumn berry-ish lipsticks as I counted around 10 the other day and I don’t really wear dark lips that often!
But this does look lovely on you.
