I actually discovered this recipe online last year while browsing the pages of pinterest. I vlogged about it then and had so many requests for the recipe I wrote it up on my (much neglected) cooking blog here. Since then I’ve had people ask for a how-to video and as the festive season is once again upon us I thought it was about time I shared this deliciously easy dessert with you all! You can watch the video below but for those that just want to go for it I actually found the recipe online here, I would just say that the measurements are very generous. I get three cappuccino mugs of pudding out of the mixture that should supposedly serve one so be aware of that.. and also I only put each in for a minute and they were cooked but nit overdone. PS. For those none- nutella lovers (like myself) it actually tastes nothing of hazelnuts, it’s just chocolate so don’t let that put you off, I also don’t like cream but it’s a little dry without it so I’d recommend icecream as an alternative or better still CUSTARD! Yum!
