O Christmas Tree

Earlier in the month I promised to share a couple of Christmas nail art designs with you and this is the second. I’m not a nail art kinda gal usually.. I don’t have the patience for the drying time between details but I wanted to have a go at some this year and though a little messy I quite like this one. I used OPI Dating A Royal as my ‘night sky’ base colour, L’Oreal Confetti for the stars,  NYC High Line Green for the tree, NYC Pinstripe White for the snow, Models Own Nail Art pen for the trunk and a variety of China Glaze glitters for the sparkly details.

I meant to take step by step photos but hopefully this will be self explanatory enough. With the right tools you could definitely do a neater job than this but I had only the polish brushes themselves so I’m pretty happy with it all things considered.

Will you be trying anything creative on your nails this Christmas?

These are so cute! I’d hate to think what you could do if you weren’t good at nail art 😉 I have a lovely bright red and a china white, so I think Santa Hats could be appearing on my nails very soon (when I have a steady hand day of course lol)

These are amazing! I’m patting myself on the back if I manage a single colour without it going all over my fingers so massive well done on this amazing art x
