Organic Surge – Million Dollar Everywhere Balm

Is it terrible that as soon as I get anything that claims to be multi-purpose like this my first test subject is the baby? He has nappy rash, sore cheeks and dry little legs and these ailments are the perfect test for these balms. The best thing about this is it’s very thin and smells nice so rather than covering his face in white cream he just looks a little shiny and smells delicious! Where I’m concerned I’m at a bit of a loss as to where to apply it, it’s not quite thick enough for a lip balm (though I still use it as one) and I have no small areas of dry skin to treat. So far I’ve successfully used it on my elbows but unless I find myself with a totally different skin type I’m not sure how much I’ll use this.

Not unlike the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream (which I’ve had for 2 years – still no sign of running out) I think it’s a good thing to have around. It worked wonders on baby and if you have dry skin I think you’ll love it, I imagine it’s something I’ll reach for when I have a dried up blemish I’m trying to shift. Definitely effective but if you have oilier skin like me it may not be a ‘must have’.

For every product from the Million Dollar range Organic Surge are donation $1 to Kenya Children’s Home Baby Care Unit which makes the fact that my baby will use this more than me all the more appropriate. It’s a very good cause and if this isn’t for you there’s also a Brown Sugar Body Scrub (right up my street) in the range as well. Both items are currently on sale at a massive discount here as well as many other products from the brand which on the whole I’ve really enjoyed so if you’re looking for something new this year I’d absolutely recommend them. My favourite moisturiser is actually their top selling product, coincidence?
