Revlon Colorstay Concealer – Fair

I had this in my drafts so long I was convinced I’d already posted my review but I couldn’t find it so here goes.. if you’ve seen me talk about this before apologies for the duplication. I bought this in the summertime when I was looking to complete my full face of Revlon for a brand focus video.. I’ve bought a lot of things for that very reason but not many have stayed in my rotation.. this has been my concealer for months! I recently purchased the Maybelline Age Rewind with the funky sponge applicator which I’m using now but I still have a special place in my heart for Revlon Colorstay.

Firstly it’s the concealer counterpart to my all time favourite foundation, secondly it’s high coverage but not at all thick and stays put. It’s a touch dry for areas that may crease such as under eyes (not that it stopped me wearing it there) but it’s ideal for blemishes and redness. It’s lasted absolutely ages too.. I must have had at least 4 months of solid use from it and it shows no sign of giving up – definitely worth your money if you ask me – which I’d assume you would or you wouldn’t be reading this πŸ˜‰

I love Revlond colour stay in the foundation so this might be worth a purchase πŸ˜€ especially if it lasts so long!

Agree completely with this post. I’ve had mine for 8 months and it’s still quite full. I don’t wear it everyday however. It’s my perfect shade I think but I do find sometimes it’s very drying on my already dry skin and can cling a little, however for small blemishes it’s perfect. I’ve stopped using it under my eyes though.

I own the foundation but not the concealer. I love the foundation, and so I need to get the concealer.

I haven’t tried this but am looking for a new budget concealer so I might have to give this a whirl xx

Although I like the Revlon Colourstay foundation, it’s too heavy for me. The concealer I’d imagine would be too cake and a little drying so not terrific for under the eyes. Good for spot-prone skin, though.

I haven’t tried anything from Revlon’s Colourstay line but this product is the first I’m hoping to try – finding that perfect concealer for you is always a toughie.

Tried ColourStay foundation for the first time recently and LOVE it, but because it’s summer here (Australian heat waves are insane) I’m too tanned now to use it! I’ve started using it as a highlighter for subtle contouring and it’s amazing- doing a post on it soon so I’d love for you to check it out! I literally started my blog like 2 days ago πŸ™‚

I Bought this on a total whim as I love the foundation (due to you!) and I was desperate for a concealer as I was just not getting on with the holy grail Collection concealer than everyone raves about. I find this stays put so much longer and the colour match is a lot better. Love it!
