Spring Watch

It’s wishlist time again, I failed the no buy February miserably but I did pretty well to avoid the shops. Unfortunately online shopping is too much of a temptation.. here’s what’s tempting me for the coming month.spring wish list

Since I saw the tshirt version of this sweatshirt on galmeetsglam I wanted it so when I saw it was in the sale I snapped it up. I actually recently booked a mini trip to Paris for us in August so I’m pretty excited about that plus we’re going to eurodisney at the end of March so I can look extra touristy in this! I love the Celine Luggage Tote but they are WAY more than I want to spend on a structured bag that I KNOW would annoy me – Ally Valentine has one in a similar colour to this and it’s beautiful but Fee from MakeupSavvy posted a cheap eBay version that I would be much more inclined to part with my cash for. I’ve been considering buying a car recently, I think about it every winter as the walk to work gets bitter and I never leave the house on my non office days but this year I think I might finally bite the bullet. The Peugeot 206 is one of many of the list of cheap (second hand I might add.. by a long way lol) runabouts I’m looking at. The Smashbox Full Exposure palette is top of my beauty wishlist right now, would you believe I’m yet to read/watch a review on this? I just love the look of it and the layout of matte/shimmer is very similar to the Lorac Pro that I desperately wanted.. I have a feeling it wont be long til I’m reviewing this myself. I am SO tempted by these Tory Burch Flats that are on sale at The Outnet, I’ve wanted some of the Reva flats forever but just can’t spend so much on a pair of shoes that will wear out so easily. These are cheaper but still.. I’m not sure I’ll checkout, hopefully they’ll sell out in my size soon, haha. I am going to make a hair appointment before our holiday in March, I royally effed up my colour with that blue dye (the purple was fine by the way) and so now have a dark blonde all over and plan to give it a couple of weeks rest and then get it sorted properly. Do any of your remember the popular ‘oui’ ring from Dior? I LOVED it but it was so expensive.. I’m not sure if it’s still available but I found this considerably cheaper version from Etsy.

So that’s my current lust list, now I have to tend to my very clingy baby boy who is very tired but refuses to sleep and is currently telling me he ‘meet cuggle’

Smashbox palette is amazing! It could even contend with my naked palette which I adore. Absolutely love the matte shades!! Worth a buy..

I love that bag, might take a trip over to eBay myself!

Before you think about purchasing a second hand Peugeot 206cc…. please please please research about the roof problems they have.

I did a lot of research on them last year as i really wanted one and it seems they’re all hiding either a leak problem or the roof doesnt open/close properly and other expensive electric faults.

I also viewed one and ive gotta say they’re soooo not as nice as you hope they’re going to be…. also tiny seats in the back where you would struggle getting children in there due to the serious lack of leg room.

ugh! they look so sweet, I’ve been in them before though and thought the same about everything being small.. that I can live with if it’s just a second runaround car but not electric faults and leaky roofs lol

Don’t waste your money on the Smashbox palette. I bought it because the colors ARE Gorgeous… the mattes are decent, but the shimmer shades are sheer and flaky. I’m so disappointed!

It’s a lovely selection of colours and looks amazing but … When I swatched it in my local Boots I was really disappointed. The shimmers seemed okay but on the wishy-washy side and the matts were chalky. Really disappointing – even more so considering the price. 🙁 Be interested to know what you think.

I’ve been wondering about that smashbox palette-it looks so nice but I’ve read some very mixed blog reviews-a lot of people have said the mattes are good but the shimmer shade lack pigmentation x

great wish list! I’m with you with the smashbox palette and the Celine luggage tote! so pretty! about the car … have you thought about the fiat 500? I used to have a diesel one and it was so economical to run : )
