#StyleAtAnySize – Brights

I really wasn’t sure about this one – I feel like I say that every week – but when I looked back at the pictures I’m actually loving it. The colour is so not me and I NEVER wear bold prints like this but Emma and I agreed when we kicked off this series that we would each try things that were out of our comfort zone and in this case I’m very glad I did, I feel like the whole look has a very 80s vibe, don’t you? I might not wear this exact top often but I’m going to be looking out for something similar (maybe in orange/neon coral) to wear like this, the skinny jeans and heels made me feel like I was in Grease.. always a bonus!

*What I’m Wearing*

Top – F&F Tesco / Jeans – Topshop Joni / Pasha Heels – ASOS / Belt – Primark (came with a dress.. I think) / Lipstick – Revlon Lip Butter Tutti Fruitti

We have so many items that we’ve agreed to style and this was definitely one that I wasn’t looking forward to but it’s one of my favourites of the one’s I’ve shot so far.. just goes to show that you can’t assume anything.. next weeks outfit was something I was REALLY looking forward to but something was just a little off about it.. tune in next week to see why! 😉 – PS.. did I mention this top was just £1 in the sale?? I know, bargain!

Don’t forget to check out my OOTD video here and Emma’s blog post here

Total #fail – top was from Asda, funny thing is I originally filmed saying Asda then changed my mind and re-filmed that bit cause I thought I was wrong lol – trust your instincts!

I can’t believe that top is from Tesco! It looks like it should be really expensive. That colour is so lovely on you 🙂

I bought a skirt in this exact fabric for £5 in the sale( although I swear in ASDA :S). I love the skirt but just can’t find a top that looks good with it on my top-heavy figure.

The plain black just doesn’t seem to suit on top unlike with your skinny jeans and most other colours clash with the blue or just look out of place. I’ve resorted to keeping the skirt in my handbag just in case I see something to try with it.

That top is so chic, I can’t believe what a bargain it was! Love how you’ve styled it, especially the hair – you look really polished. x
