This week we had this dress to style and to be honest I wasn’t sure what ‘theme’ this would fit in to – I guess it’s a tea dress so it’s kind of girly/dressy but the shape of it reminded me of something Taylor Swift would wear so I decided to go ‘country’ with a modern twist – it was all I could do NOT to wear my converse – OBSESSED. Emma went for more of a country festival feel, I definitely think it fits with that too and you could also wear it dressier for a night out. Since a dress it tough to show in two different ways I decided to show it as a skirt worn with a light sweater over the top and a belt to hold it together. Without the belt it wasn’t flattering as there was no defined waist. Like I say I definitely could have worn this with plimsolls/casual shoes but I though the raffia/espadrille heels on my wedges tied in the texture of the belt I’d chosen. I love the dress with a denim jacket FYI – makes almost any dress casual enough to wear in the day.
*What I’m Wearing*
Dress – Joe Browns / Top – Next / Belt – Primark / Wedges – Nine West – similar / Lipstick – Revlon Matte Balm in Showy

You both look beautiful, I’m not really a huge fan of floral but the style suits you both so much!
