Tarte LipSurgence Power Pigment in Flush

Tarte LipSurgence Power Pigment in FlushAfter really not loving the Lip Surgence Tint I wasn’t hopeful for this one but a couple of you commented that it wasn’t the best example of their lip products are you were right. The Power Pigment is considerably better and luckily it’s in this winter raspberry colour I will wear A LOT over Christmas. It’s somewhere between a matte and a satin once applied and lasts a decent amount of time through eating/drinking etc. The packaging makes it handy to keep in your bag and reapply and the thinner pencil design means that as the point dulls you will always get a precise enough application. I love my Revlon twist up crayons but my favourite matte balm is now practically flat and given the width it’s near impossible to get any definition. It’s like to trying to apply lipstick with your finger tip.. not ideal. This skinny pencil will do far better in that department.

It’s such a shame cause the colour looks pretty!! If you like these sorts of products, why don’t you try the NYX Jumbo Lip Pencil? I just reviewed one and they’re lovely!! It has a similar problem with the tip but I can look beyond that for the quality!
