Never have I ever received so many questions about an item of clothing I didn’t even post about yet! I wore this oversized sweater/top in Emma’s vlog at the weekend and I’ve had tweets and emails aplenty asking where I got it so I thought I’d better put up a post about it, sharpish! Long time readers will know I’m a sucker for an oversized top, I wasn’t sure whether this might push that boundary a little too far being ‘one size’ from a plus size fashion brand but it’s perfect and I can see myself wearing this A LOT! In fact, Charl also got this exact same one so keep your eye on her blog to see how two sizes wear it!

It’s very fine knit so it’s not going to keep your cosy but it’s thin enough to be worn underneath something and the bat wing style sleeves don’t get in the way too much. What I love about this kind of material is the no-crease factor, I’m super low maintenance when it comes to clothes and honestly can’t tell you the last time I ironed ANYTHING of my own.. possibly not even this YEAR and this will be one of those throw it in a bag, throw it on my body pieces I absolutely rely on. I’m just the messiest, ask my husband.. if it can live in a pile and still be fit to wear it’s a winner in my book! The only note I would make would be that the arm holes are quite low, I didn’t mind that but you either need a cami underneath or at least a nice ‘worn to be seen’ style bra because, well.. it WILL be seen if you move your arms in any way. For reference I’m a 12, this also comes in Charcoal and Khaki.. and I’m tempted by both!
These pictures were some of MANY taken this past weekend but I’ll chat more about that in the next one..I had a blast living with 5 other bloggers for 48hours and have come away feeling knackered yet totally revived blog-wise so hopefully it was the kick up the back side I needed to get back in to gear over here! If you want to catch up on my vlogs from the past few days you can do so HERE
