The Last Word In Relaxation

IMG_1775

You guys know how much I love the bath oils from Aromatherapy Associates, I literally never stopped talking about the Relax oil over Christmas when I was sick and struggling to sleep.. it’s AH-MAZING! So when I had the chance to try the massage version.. uhh.. yes please!

Obviously I put my husband to work as soon as it arrived.. I can’t say that it’s any nicer to use/on the skin than any other massage oil but it’s very potent and providing you choose your placement wisely it will be just as effective if not more so than the bath oils at aiding sleep. It’s expensive so I wouldn’t waste it on my legs or anywhere to far from my nose 😉 but shoulders/arms = perfect! You don’t need all that much either so although it is pricey I will probably get 10+ (maybe even 20 if I stuck to shoulders only) uses out of it and given it’s aromatherapy properties I’d say it’s more than worth it.

The Relax version is available online here for £41.00 but if you’re interested in trying one but less bothered about whether it’s AM/PM appropriate Look Fantastic currently have the Revive scent on sale for a much more affordable £21.00 here!

Eeeek it’s more expensive than what I would ever buy at the moment however, lately I have go into products which have Aromatherapy properties and try and use them as part of my bedtime routine to send me to sleep quickly even if it is the placebo effect it’s working!

agreed.. very pricey and I’m still not sure which I’ll repurchase this or the bath oil as and when but I wouldn’t usually say something this price was worth the money – it just is!

Sounds lovely, I wouldn’t know where to start with it though!

I hate that Aromatherapy Associates is so expensive! I’ve tried their minis and wish I could afford to get one of the larger bottles xx
