Top 10 Drugstore Foundations

IMG_5219

Some of my most popular videos are foundation reviews so I’ve been planning to do one big ‘best of’ post for a while. It’s tough to find a good foundation regardless of cost, paying top dollar doesn’t guarantee it will be perfect and I think there are some great bases to be found on the highstreet. Prices range from £3.49 to £12.49 and although I obviously look for products that suit my oily/combination skin I think there is something for everyone here!

Lower Price Point:

Miss Sporty So Matte Perfect Stay – £3.49 (can’t find a link online)

Seventeen On The Spot – £6.99 – link

MUA Undress Your Skin – £5.00 – link

e.l.f Flawless Finish Foundation – £6.75 – link

Higher Price Point:

Revlon Colorstay – £12.49 – link

Revlon Nearly Naked – £8.99 – link

Bourjois Healthy Mix – £9.99 – link

L’Oreal Lumi Magique – £10.99 – link

“BB” Creams:

Garnier BB Cream Original – £9.99 – link

Garnier BB Cream Oil Free – £7.49 – link

Click on the foundation name for in depth reviews of each or watch the below video for a roundup of them all!

Ooh, excited to watch this but it says the video is private 🙁 Also interested to know why you chose the original Healthy Mix as opposed to the Healthy Mix serum? Cant wait to watch it, I respect your opinion 🙂

I would really recommend No7 Beautifully Matte foundation. I’m nearly at the end of the bottle now and I really love. Normally have issues with foundations breaking me out but this has salicylic acid in it and has really helped! It’s not at all cakey and goes on like a dream! 🙂 x

Fab review 🙂 always great to get first hand reviews on products! I just wanted to add how important it is for anyone with problematic or acne prone skin to use mineral make up foundations and powders as it gives just as good coverage but with all natural products that’s allow their skin to breath.

Nice review,I always read your reviews. I have nearly all of the foundations mentioned and I am still on a quest to find a foundation that doesn’t cling to flakes-I don’t have super dry skin but do have some very stubborn flakes.
