People have requested ‘what I eat in a day’ videos before but I always thought it would be the most boring ever.. so instead I’ve decided to do a ‘what I eat in a week’ POST here on my blog. I’m trying to eat a little better because I’m basically going to turn in to a box of Ferrero Rochers if I’m not careful and I’ve been feeling really bleugh so here’s a little diary of my food and exercise last week..

MONDAY

Drinks
2 lattes
1 can of diet coke
1 litre of water
2 cups of black tea (I know, I just like it that way)
Lunch
Jacket Potato /Tuna Mayo
Dinner
Steak, Green Beans & ‘Slimming World’ Chips
Snacks
3 Ginger Biscuits
2 Ferrero Rochers (you can’t just have one!!!)
Exercise: Half an hour in the gym
Feeling: AMAZING! So much better than I have in weeks, no tummy trouble and lots of energy

TUESDAY
Drinks
1 latte
2 cans of diet coke
1/2 litre of water
1 cup of black tea
Lunch
Jacket Potato /Tuna Mayo
Dinner
Steak Burrito/Cheese, Lettuce & Sour Cream
Snacks
Mug Shot
3 Ferrero Rochers (leave me alone)
Exercise: None
Feeling: Ok, tired today

WEDNESDAY

1 latte
3 cups of black tea
Lunch
Yorkshire Pudding Wrap (don’t even start with me on this, Lee brought it home from work and it was AMAZING!)
Dinner
Steak (I batch cooked – can you tell?) Potatoes & Salad
Snacks
4 Fererro Rochers
Exercise: None
Feeling: SO tired! Got a decent nights sleep but was tough to get out of bed and really flagging by midday

THURSDAY

1 can of diet coke
1 bottle of Coors Light
Lunch
Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Dinner
Chicken, broccoli, mashed potatoes and yorkshire puddings
Snacks
6 Fererro Rochers + 2 Chocolate Buns – mmm, that’s not the best, is it?
Exercise: None
Feeling: like I’m a lot better at this of my ‘working days’

FRIDAY

1 latte
2 cups of black tea
1/2 litre water
1 bottle Coors Light
Lunch
Nothing (Crazy busy day)
Dinner
Chicken, Potatoes, Green Beans
Snacks
Raspberry & Almond Bake (thanks, Costa)
Exercise: Yoga at home
Feeling: I definitely need to up my water intake and move more on my ‘work from home days’ I feel 100x better after a bottle of water which probably means my body needs more than I’m giving it
I WROTE THIS JUST BEFORE ST PATRICKS DAY SO… LET’S NOT GET IN TO LISTING FOOD AND DRINK THAT WEEKEND, OK?

Since this week I have made zero effort to improve my diet but I have started to 30 day shred for a video so.. I can now eat all the ferrero rochers, right? That’s how exercise works?

I think it’s great you’re posting your real diet, I would really advice to drink more water and incorporate fruit as breakfast, it will give you more energy and help with the sweet cravings!

This was fascinating, so honest! I’m totally with you on the ferrero rocher – I avoid having them in the house for that reason. Although I’ve eaten two pieces of fudge while reading this, so not sure it really matters! Thank you for sharing such a honest post! Xx
Only 2 Fererro Rocher? What will power! I’ve been known to eat a whole box, (EXCEPT for 2, which I kept for the following day!)
I agree with Vanessa about the breakfast.
I’m sure even really beautiful people, and slim people have their own insecurities, if only we knew.
