Essie Peach Daiquiri
This was a polish I picked up on holiday back in March and I've already worn in to death so it's about time I post about it. It's a little more red than I'd usually wear but it still have the pinky/coral edge that makes it the perfect summer colour. One of the more chip resistant formula's I've tried from Essie. it's quite opaque so 2 thin coats should do it, this is probably why it's not as prone to chipping/peeling. Over top as always I'm wearing the Seche Vite top coat here for super glossy, hard wearing finish, alone it would't last ong on me. I had a couple of questions about nail shape after my last nail care video, it was requested that I film a seperate video on the subject but I'm not sure I could stretch that out to more than 30 seconds so I thought I'd cover it here. I have long nail beds and find that a square/squoval shape suits me (when my nails aren't cut right back) however much like clothing there's a specific shape out there that's right for you. Obviously you can shape your nails in any way you like/is on trend but there will be a flattering choice if you want to find it. As far as filing my nails goes I file them totally square then round off the corners.. it's nothing special and I have no 'technique' hence why a video would be super dull but hopefully that answered questions for those of you who had them!
