FACE MASK FRIDAY / Boots Ingredients Sheet Masks

I was so excited to see these months back in my local Boots that I bought every variety they had in store. I'm such a sheet mask fanatic because they're easy and mess free but they can be hit and miss, especially at a lower price point. My interest was initially piqued by the Super Hyaluronic but I was disappointed by my results (ie: no results) so I went on to try the Rooibos (energising and revitalising) and the Safflower & Peony (luminous youth) but again.. meh. I've since read that the Charcoal & Willow Bark is supposed to be more active.. gives you the tingles I like, the ones that tell you they're doing something but honestly? At £2.50 a pop I feel like I'm wasting my cash. I love the Garnier Moisture Bomb and that's a quid so Boots already had competition but I didn't really feel like they brought anything new to the table.. they were also nowhere near as saturated as the Garnier, meaning they were tricky to keep on my face unless I lay flat which for me is just not practical. Unfortunately these are a miss for me but since this is clearly a trend I'm hopeful more low cost sheet masks will be hitting the shelves very soon!
