Face Mask Friday - Retexturising Glycolic Peel

I can't believe I haven't already blogged this one.. I had to do a thorough search to check I hadn't as it's one of my absolute favourites and I KNOW it's featured in multiple videos so i can only apologise for those of you I haven't told because you have been MISSING OUT! First up it's glycolic so it's not going to be for everyone but if like me you don't mind that slightly uncomfortable tingle because 'it feels like it's doing something' you will probably love this as much as I do. If you're a bit unsure I'd suggest testing it on some out of sight skin before plastering it all over your face, I know some people really don't get along with Glycolic acid but my skin responds really well to it and regardless of money this is the best mask version I have tried to date.. including that overpriced REN one I used to love so much!

It's peel off (bonus!) but it's REALLY peel off so you're not going to be left will stringy bits you have to take a towel to, it routinely comes off in one creepy face shaped piece. I find that I get that tingle a little more if I rub it in a bit when applying.. not sure if this is good or bad but again if you're in that 'like to feel it working' camp you'll probably do this too. In about 5/10 minutes it's set (and unlike most masks this is not one I leave on forever so it's genuinely fast acting) and when I peel it away my skin is BABY soft! I tend to avoid this if my skin is dry or breaking out, I usually use it right after I've rid myself of something like that and my skin is looking dull and it works a treat! There's another mask very similar from this range that I bought at the same time, I forget the name but it's not peel off and the tube is green.. that's no good, don't get that one! - THIS IS THE ONE! Oh and it's on offer! Score!
