Avon Liquid Sequin / Dazzle

Okay, I'm totally feeling the festive spirit now, I know it's not even Hallowe'en yet but seriously.. it feels like Christmas.. I'm watching a film called 'My Santa' on Channel 5 right now too.. so they oviously agree! Anyway.. Christmas calls for glitter so I've been pulling out all of the sparkle recently and this polish from Avon jumped out as the most festive. It's like December in a bottle, no?

Avon have a bunch of these 'liquid sequin' shades so if you're not in to red there are others to choose from. What I love about them is the dimension, this one in particular reminds me of the Deborah Lippmann Razzle Dazzle I had a while ago but this has so much more going on. Lots of different sized/toned glitter suspended in a deep purple translucent base. It's just so, so pretty! There's also a pretty good even covering on each nail compared to similar nail effect polishes too.. all in all, very good! I'm actually just about to repaint in the pink (glitterati) so I might start a weekly mani feature leading up to the ACTUAL festive season since everything I'm reaching for seems super appropriate.. the question is, when do I turn on the snow? ;)
