Mirrored Moment
I am completely obsessed with mirrored aviators! Did you spot the new pair in yesterdays post? I've been saving those for my holiday but I've had my blue shades for over a year now and bold as they might appear I wear them ALL. THE. TIME. I haven't really had an issue with them clashing with outfits (or lipstick for that matter) which I'd expected and have barely worn another pair since I bought them. I was sent the green pair a couple of months ago and much as I could happily collect the entire mirrored Ray Ban collection I decided to pass them on to Emma as they aren't a world away from what I already have. So this is a bit of a preview of us next week, twinning in the Vegas sun. Not much call for them in the UK right now but I always carry a pair just in case and now so will Emma!
Last month we took a little day trip to London and sampled a few touristy spots, one of which was the London Eye. I hadn't been on it since I was a kid and if I was to go again I'd definitely like to go at night as I think it would be a little more high impact but it's pretty cool. You can watch the video Emma made of our trip around the wheel here.
There are plenty of lower cost options out there and I was really nervous when I bought my first pair of expensive aviators as I expected them to be really flimsy but you do get what you pay for here, they're very robust. I've lost count of the amount of times they've fallen off my head with not a scratch to show for it, I would (and have) buy them again and if you've been thinking about it I'd highly recommend them. Don't forget to follow Emma's blog to see how she styles her Ray Ban aviators on our travels and you can find a whole collection of colours online here
