Pineapple G+T
During the early pandemic I started a cocktail/cookie swap with our neighbours which played on each of our strengths. Once a week we got some delectable baked goods and they got whatever concoction I was experimenting with.
Since I was on a blogging hiatus at the time I thought I might catch you up with some of my favourite recipes we tried, while cocktail season is still in full swing. This is a super easy one but so refreshing and actually (in my opinion) an improvement on the original.
A friend was asking me for some suggestions the other day and I told her what I’ll tell you now, you can make anything look fancy with the right garnish. Whether that’s sliced fruit, a sprig of mint or some berries frozen in ice cubes.. low effort decor to glow up the simplest of drinks.
HOW TO
Fill a glass with ice
25ml Gin
25ml Pineapple Juice
Top with tonic or soda water (if you’re not in to it)
Garnish with lemon/lime/cucumber
Enjoy the most refreshin summer tipple and a lovely alternative to the traditional Pimms which (don’t @ me) I am really not a huge fan of.
